Eligibility Criteria for BEL Recruitment 2022

Educational Qualification BEL Recruitment 

BE / B. Tech / B.Sc (Eng-4 years) in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication/ 

Telecommunication /Communication / Electrical &Electronics/ Computer Science / Information Technology /Information Science. 

Including of all semesters/years – 55% and above for General, OBC(NCL) & EWS Candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/(Person with Benchmark Disabilities)


Experience Required for BEL Recruitment 2022

As on 01.06.2022, minimum of 2 years of post-qualification relevant industrial experience in any of the following areas is required:


  1. Experience in IT Infrastructure Projects
  2. IP Networking
  3. CCTV Projects
  4. Sensors based IOT Projects
  5. any IP enabled Electronic
  6. Data Centre Projects
  7. Software product Installation
  8. Configuration
  9. Maintenance or Product Support services


Age Limit as on 01.06.2023 ( BEL Recruitment 2023

Upper age limit is 32 years old. 

The  age limit indicated is for candidates belonging to General OM categories & EWS Category is 32 Years. 

For Other Categories like OBS upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PwBD candidates (having minimum 40 % of disability, in addition to the relaxation applicable to OBC(NCL)/SC/ST candidates).


Salary Details for BEL Recruitment 2023

  1. An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs. Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 1st Year of engagement,
  2.  Rs. 45,000/- per month for the 2nd year, Rs. 50,000/- per month for the 3rd year moreover
  3.  Rs. 55,000/- per month for the 4th year respectively.

The Selection for this Post is going to be filled  through a Written Test followed by interview  for shortlisted candidates, please Note :  only for those candidates who qualify in the Written Test. The venue for the Written Test / Interview will be intimated later.

 BEL Recruitment 2022 Application fee

Rs. 400/- per Application Form + 18% GST, Candidates belonging to PwBD, SC and ST categories are exempted from payment of application fee.

Period of contract:

The Posts areInitially for a period of Three (3) Years from the date of joining. But they are subject to increase or Decrease, the same may be extended upto a maximum of One year (Maximum tenure of 4 years) depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate.
